What Is Safe Haven Fitness?

Safe Haven Fitness is an award winning Small Group Transformation Center for individuals who are in their 50's, 60's, and 70's. We are a safe haven for people to reach their God given potential through fitness and wellness.

We accomplish our goal by creating high reward and low risk fitness programs that erases body fat strengthens bodies, improves flexibility creates tone and energizes everything.

Why Are We Doing This?

  1. Our vision is to inspire people in our community to reach their God given potential through fitness and wellness.

  1. The owner and Founder was a teacher! He has a special place in his heart for teachers and understands the demands and stress they are under on a day to day basis. This is an opportunity for thim to pay it back to a profession that he has genuine respect for.
